  • TV Actor Aman Jaiswal, known for Dhartiputra Nandini, dies in tragic road accident in Mumbai

    TV actor Aman Jaiswal, famed for his role in the popular series Dhartiputra Nandini, tragically passed away in a road accident in Jogeshwari West area of Mumbai yesterday. The actor was reportedly struck by a truck on one of the city’s busy roads, leading to his untimely death.The accident occurred on Hill Park Road at around 3:15 pm. Police reports indicate that the truck driver struck Aman Jaiswal while he was riding his motorcycle.Jaiswal was rushed to the trauma ward of Cama Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The truck and its driver are now in police custody, and a case has been registered at Amboli police station, according to ANI, citing Mumbai Police.Aman Jaiswal was on his way to an audition when a truck collided with his bike on the Jogeshwari highway, Dhiraj Mishra, the writer of Dhartiputra Nandini, told India Today.Aman Jaiswal’s final Instagram post was about the Dhartiputra Nandini serial, where he shared his journey and revealed that his decision to pursue acting faced significant opposition from his family.Originally from Balia, Uttar Pradesh, Aman Jaiswal rose to fame for his lead role in Dhartiputra Nandini. He started his career as a model before appearing in the popular show Udaariyaan, produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta.Aman Jaiswal also played the role of Yashwant Rao Phanse in the Sony TV show Punyashlok Ahilyabai, which aired from January 2021 to October 2023.

    A day after actor Saif Ali Khan was stabbed by an intruder at his Bandra residence, an auto-rickshaw driver Bhajan Singh Rana, who took him to the Lilavati Hospital, said he was not aware that the passenger he was taking to the Hospital was film actor Saif Ali Khan.He said, “I drive my vehicle at night. It was around 2-3 am when I saw a woman trying to hire an auto but nobody stopped. I could also hear calls for a rickshaw from inside the gate. After I took a U-turn and stopped my vehicle at the gate, a man who was covered in blood came out. 2-4 people also accompanied him.”He added, “They put him in the auto…They decided to go to Lilavati.     After a long battle, the attempt to bring forth a glimpse of what transpired during India’s darkest period of emergency is the upcoming political thriller starring Kangana Ranaut as the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi finally succeeded when the film got a green signal from the censor board. The film, also titled Emergency, hit cinemas on January 17 across the nation but however, it continues to face opposition from the Sikh community in Punjab.     Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar surprised fans with the announcement of their upcoming film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, marking their first collaboration since their fallout during Dostana 2. Addressing the much-discussed partnership, Kartik recently shared his thoughts on working with Karan, assuring fans that this film will indeed be completed.Speaking to The Indian Express, Kartik Aaryan said, “But abhi main inke sath film kar raha hu. And hum sath mein kar rahe hain yeh film and I hope yeh film toh hogi. Yeh film main puri tarah karunga and voh bhi puri tarah karenge yeh film. (Now I am doing a film with him. We are doing it together and I hope it happens. I will do this film and he will do it too.)” Kartik also added, “Yeh film toh bohot special hone wali hai (This film is going to be very special).”Kartik Aaryan was shown a photo where he is seen taking blessings from Karan Johar.
